Reservation Information
– Check-in time: After 4:00 PM
– Check-out time: Before 11:00 AM
+ Please check the real-time reservation window during the summer and winter peak seasons.
+ Check-in desk operation is from 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM .
+ Reservations are accepted in real-time and by phone, and are available 365 days a year.
+ The additional charge for additional people beyond the standard number of people is 30,000 won per person (including bed, excluding breakfast) / 10,000 won per bed is incurred / 15,000 won additional per infant (rooms suitable for infants: 201, 203)
+ Please make sure to use the name of the person making the reservation. If the name of the depositor is different, please call or leave a note.
+ Breakfast is available on request (paid service, 5,000 won per person). Guests who require breakfast service must apply in advance (when making a room reservation). (If you apply on-site on the day of check-in, it may not be possible depending on the situation.)
+ Please make a reservation in advance when using the shared kitchen. (cafe on the 1st floor)
+ A 3% cancellation fee (all costs incurred) will be charged for all reservations , so please make a reservation carefully.
+ Pick-up service : Advance request is required , and time constraints and consultation with the host are required
(pick-up only to nearby bus stops)
+ Luggage storage service : Available from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM , and valuables cannot be stored.
+ Additional requested services other than those provided in the room will incur a cost according to the item.
– Cooking food is not allowed in rooms L201 and L203.
Caution
+ Food with a fishy smell (e.g., shrimp, spicy fish stew, etc.) may be restricted from being brought into the room.
+ For S-type (Standard twin) rooms, excessive food (chicken or raw fish, etc.) may be restricted.
+ Please be careful not to make loud noises in the room or make noises that disturb others. You may be asked to leave.
+ In the summer, after using the beach, please completely remove sand and wet clothes outside (in the washroom) before entering the room.
+ Reselling of reserved rooms is prohibited.
Refund policy and cancellation and change of reservation
You must deposit 100% of the reservation fee within 24 hours of making an online reservation .
After 24 hours, it will be automatically canceled and you will have to make a new reservation to avoid the inconvenience of a hassle. Please do not hesitate to contact us!!Once the manager confirms the deposit, a deposit confirmation (reservation confirmation) text message will be sent automatically.
You do not have to call to confirm the deposit immediately after making the deposit.
You can receive information such as reservation/deposit confirmation (reservation confirmation) via text message and email.
* Reservation cancellation due to natural disasters can be 100% refunded at any time, and proof of airline or ship cancellation may be requested. ^^
* All reservation cancellations will incur a 3% reservation cancellation fee (all costs incurred), so please make your reservation carefully.
